  Hello everyone,Its really nice see you again!  If I had to pick a meal that I really love I would choose  Cannelloni with Spinach and Cheese  I would probably eat them every day but i cant't because i don't now how to cook the creamy with spinach haha. It's a type of paste with a cylinder form filled with spinach and the sauce you prefer, sometimes usually put mushrooms and if you want puts up some cheese and it’ll taste really Delicious. If you want to prepare this food, you need to cook the pasta and then prepare the creamy with spinach and mushrooms, I don't use beef because i'm try to be a vegetarian person but if you like put some little in the sauce and after that put the cheese and left cook in the oven with 180 ° for 15 minute and that’s it’s! I really like this food,because my mom always do it to me when i go to visit her and i think it's not a bad food for the healt h.

Probably my favorite piece of technology is the cellphone, I use all day and I think have Little obsession It’s my favorite piece of technology because I talk with my Friends and family they are far away so it’s comforting, I listen a lot of music is one of my favorite hobby, I read books but I don’t do that always because it’s dangerous for the eyes ,also I like take random photos that make me happy it’s like my modern memory book. I think the phone affecct my life because I spend so much time on him and that’s is not healthy and as the moms goes saying nothing in excess it's too much Good. In this times I think the phone become more easy your life, literally you talk with people   live in another country and watch old music videos like queen or the beatles or whatever you want!!  ,so yeah I recommend .

  Hello everybody As mentioned in the last blog study geography , When I was younger I loved nature and grew up basically in the country, so I decided study something related with that, my dream job as a child was veterinary medicine but  i am very emocional person so i descarted. I´m a very indecisive person so,i had many options but the two most important were anthropology and sociology but  geography had so many things they i loved so i think they i choose Good option. My experience at the university been until now good, i really like the   atmosphere of the fau and i think the teachers are really Good, also i like the architecture   and the green areas See you in the next blog!.

Hello everybody I´m Natalia Acuña I have 18 years old and I was born in April 16,2003 in Santiago but when I was most younger I move to yungay and now in 2022 I return to live in santiago because I study geography in Universidad de Chile. When i moved to Santiago, I decided to adopt three cats, because is one of my favorite animals   and now is one of my favorite hobby stay in home and play with them, another things there a love to do is read and listen music,one of my favorites songs is Riptide by Vance Joy and Jump by Van Halen because I remember my childhood. ✌.
